Wheeler's Home Pest Control has several programs types of services for your home. The type of service you choose depends on your tolerance level to insect and spiders around your home. The service you choose wll be determined by your tolerance to pests.
1. One time home pest control clean out
This service is part of all the home pest control services listed here. It includes spider web removal from you home, power spraying lawn and bushes around the home the foundation of your home, snail control product placed in the bedding area around the foundation of your home and specific ant control measures around your home if needed. It also includes inspecting and treating lawn and patio furniture. Cost depends on the area we have to service.
2. Monthly home pest control service
This service includes the clean out service on the first visit. Plus we come by monthly to inspect the perimeter of your home and service as needed. Snail control is not needed on monthly bases but when it is needed an additional cost is incurred.
3. Bi-monthly home pest control service
This service includes the clean out service on the first visit then every other month we stop by to inspect and service your property. Power spraying may occur again in the spring. Snail treatment, when needed is at an additional cost.
4. Quarterly home pest control service
This service includes the initial clean out service but because the regular services are every 3 months, power spraying may be more frequent. Again snail service is at an addition cost.
TREATING INSIDE THE HOME
Most pests can be controlled without treating the inside of your house. In certain cases and depending on what has infested your home spraying inside may be necessary. In any case treating the inside is done upon request.
What to expect with our home pest control service
Usually after the first service your home is cleared of those invading pest you call us for. Then it's just a matter of controlling them on the outside. 95% of our customers are not at home when we come to services the property. We call the day before we come by to let you know we are coming and let you know to leave the side gate unlocked so we can get to the back yard. After the services we lock the back gate and leave the invoice for the service on the front door. Sometimes it happens and you have a problem in between services.
